According to Kaitlyn, “The field of human resources is very interesting to me. There never seems to be a day w hen the tasks are the same as the day before. This is probably one of the top reasons that this field appeals to me as much as it does. I intend to acquire a position one day in a company where I can utilize my talent and my eagerness to work in the human resources field.”
Alcott HR Group’s scholarship is among many other significant honors achieved by Kaitlyn. In addition to being on the Dean’s List at Adelphi, she earned the “Dean’s Award Scholarship,” “Adelphi University Community Service Recognition Award,” and “2012 Marian and Melvin Prottas Human Resource Management Award,” an award give to graduating seniors with a concentration in Human Resources.
