Part V: Delayed Provisions

Automatic enrollment for employers with more than 200 full time employees who offer health insurance was also scheduled to go into effect in 2014.  However that provision, like the non-discrimination testing for fully-insured plans (such as those that exist for 401k plans) originally slated to go into effect in 2010, has been delayed pending the relevant agencies issuing guidance.

While this article does not discuss all of the ACA provisions, it touches on those that have the most effect on employers.
