Joanne L. Notto, Payroll Specialist at The Alcott Group, Earns FPC Designation

The Alcott Group (Farmingdale, NY and Buffalo, NY), one of New York State's most prominent Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), providing a comprehensive Human Resources outsourcing solution, announced that Payroll Specialist Joanne L. Notto, serving in the Western Division office, has earned the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) designation awarded by the American Payroll Association (San Antonio, TX). To gain the FPC credential, Ms. Notto had to successfully pass a comprehensive three-hour examination.

As a payroll specialist at Alcott since 1998, Ms. Notto is involved in all aspects of payroll processing, distribution, billing and customer service on behalf of Alcott's over 200 affiliated companies and their combined employee base of 4,000.

Ms. Notto is a member of the American Payroll Association (APA) and the Buffalo Niagara Payroll Association (BNPA).

Ms. Notto earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Daemen College (Buffalo, NY).

She resides in West Amherst, NY with her husband, Ray, and their three daughters, Lauren, Adrienne and Joanna. Actively involved in her youngest daughter's school, St. Christopher's in Tonawanda, Ms. Notto serves as a Homeroom Mom and supports various school fundraisers.
