The Alcott Group Announces Management Team Changes and Promotions

The Alcott Group (Farmingdale, New York and Buffalo, NY), one of New York State's most prominent Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) providing a comprehensive Human Resources solution, recently announced a restructuring of its  management team in the Western New York Division.

Michael LaMancuso, formerly Western New York Division President, will now be serving the organization in the field, specifically to drive the company's continued growth by cultivating new strategic alliances and acquisition candidates. The Western New York Division team, led by Sales Manager John Bradley, also will include Holly Nowak, formerly Human Resources Specialist Team Leader, who has been promoted to Human Resources Manager for the Western New York Division and Tracey Miles, who will continue as Operations Manager.

In addition to the management team announcement for the Western New York Division, Alcott also reported promotions in its Long Island headquarters in Farmingdale. Jeanne Anderson has been promoted to Operations Manager. She formerly held the title of Senior Human Resources Representative. Additionally, Cara Calvin, formerly Benefits Administrator, has been promoted to Benefits Supervisor.

Earlier this year, Alcott opened a new office in Manhattan at 5 Penn Plaza in New York giving the company its third office and in April, announced that it had formed a partnership with American Fidelity Corporation (AFC), parent company of American Fidelity Assurance Company, one of the largest, private, family-owned insurance companies in the United States.
