We make sure your policies and procedures are communicated to each employee through your own customized, up-to-date Employment Manual that has been approved by legal counsel.
Alcott clients are generally covered by an Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) policy to help cover costs of potential judgments, settlements, legal defense and damages as the result of certain types of employee claims.
