NAPEO

The Alcott Group is a member of the National Association of PEOs (NAPEO) as well as the NY State Association of PEOs (NYSAPEO).

NAPEO is the largest trade association representing more than 350 professional employer organizations nationwide. NAPEO's members comprise more than 70% of the industry's $44 billion in gross revenues and range in size from start-up PEOs to large, publicly held companies with years of success in the industry.

NYSAPEO represents more than 30 firms located throughout our state that service more than 3,000 small businesses with over 70,000 employees.

These associations are deeply involved in the regulatory process, providing insight into our industry, furnishing data and promoting state oversight. They assist their members in meeting our goal of strict adherence to governing regulations. Further, they regularly meet with various regulatory bodies, establishing mutually beneficial channels of communication and satisfactory levels of confidence.

Members of NYSAPEO must comply with rigorous standards and a professional code of ethics. They must all maintain membership in good standing with the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations

Louis Basso, President of the Alcott Group is the founder and President of NYSAPEO. He is also past president of NAPEO.
